These terms apply to your use of the Fitgredients app and website. By using Fitgredients you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Not medical advice
Fitgredients provides nutrition estimates and general suggestions to help you choose what to eat. It is not medical, dietary or health advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Talk to one before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an eating disorder, or are under 18.
2. Estimates and allergies
Calorie, protein, cost and other figures are estimates. Restaurant figures are built from menu wording and typical portions — they are not the restaurant's own data. Fridge scans can miss or misidentify items. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always check ingredients yourself and confirm with the restaurant. You are responsible for what you eat.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 to use Fitgredients. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information so your recommendations are useful.
4. Subscriptions
- Fitgredients is free to start. Pro is available as Pro Monthly ($9.99 per month) or Pro Annual ($49.99 per year). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy.
- Both paid plans include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Your content
You own the photos and content you submit. You give us a licence to store, process and display it as needed to run the app — including showing cooks you mark as public to other users. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, interfering with the app, or using it to harass others.
7. Our content
The app, meal library, photos, text and branding belong to Fitgredients or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Fitgredients is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on nutrition estimates or allergen information.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; if changes are material we'll tell you in the app. You can stop using Fitgredients and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which Fitgredients is operated.
11. Apple
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
